Hi Diane, sorghum flour typically works well for replacing oat flour. Or you can try more GF blend + almond flour. Hope that helps!

Hi Janet, We havenโ€™t tried this recipe without oil, but adding more applesauce might work. We think it might be a little more dense, but let us know if you do some experimenting!
