I followed the recipe pretty much as is, except I used a frozen stir-fry veggie mix. I’ll definitely add this to our regular meal rotation. The only thing I might change is marinate the tofu a bit longer if there’s time; it was really good as is, but I think if the flavors had time to penetrate deeper… Thanks so much for this recipe.
