I was craving something like a chocolate chip cookie but didn’t have eggs and so I turned here as I can always count on MB for a solution. I did use regular flour and butter since I’m not vegan or GF and they turned out great. I also added ¼ c shredded unsweetened coconut instead of walnuts (just not a fan) and it was perfect, may try going up to ½ c next time.
