This was a hit. I used regular tequila because I didn’t have mezcal. I ended up adding a little more tequila and agave. Next time will try with mezcal.

Because agave nectar is really not good for you, I tried honey. I don’t recommend it! It seized up from the cold. Next time I will make a simple syrup with honey and use that.
