These were fantastic and really easy to make, it’ll be added to the monthly rotation for sure. My only regret is not doubling the batch, my partner and I ate the whole thing in one sitting. I found the amount of jerk seasoning to be a bit too much, and would reduce the salt a little further next time, too, but the flavours were all soooo good and I will be making these again. Were delish with the plantain tortillas (recipe was linked).
