I roasted a batch of jalapenos from my garden at the end of the summer and froze them so I could make this often. I just throw the frozen, roasted jalapenos in and it works great! I have made it with and without the avocado and it’s great either way!

Hi Jessie, it helps the skin peel off easier, but you can skip it if it’s peeling well without that.
